Qualifications:

Minimum one year social service experience plus high school diploma/ GED. Some college is desirable. Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain approval through agency’s insurance carrier to drive agency’s vehicles when needed Must pass TABE, Criminal Background Check and Nurse’s Aide Registry. Basic computer skills required.

General Functions:

A member of the interdisciplinary team, responsible for the supervision, training and implementation of individual program plan, behavior management program, all client related activities in a residential setting (CILA), and required documentation as defined by the interdisciplinary team, accreditation and funding organizations.
