Envision Unlimited is excited to bring aboard a Clinical Residential Supervisor to oversee and assist with the operations of our Mental Health Residential Services Division.

Minimum qualifications: Our desired candidate will possess at minimum a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with Licensure (LCSW/LCPC).  This candidate should also have supervisory experience and three or more years working with members with severe and persistent mental illness, preferably in a community mental health center setting. Viable candidates will have knowledge of Medicaid Rule 132, a recovery approach to clinical treatment, as well as the ability to effectively manage direct care staff and ensure Rule 132 compliance. A candidate efficient at developing, implementing, and completing ITPs and overseeing the coordination of care will be most successful.

General Functions: The Clinical Residential Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that members receive a comprehensive clinical assessment at the beginning of their intake experience and assist members with integrating into a program that best suits their personal goals and needs. The position will also oversee the development, completion, and implementation of member ITPs, complete monthly progress reports, and provide ongoing supervision for direct service professionals. Supervisors will directly manage direct support professionals in a residential setting and ensure they have the clinical knowledge and training needed for working with members at their residence. This will require some weekend and evening hours, as needed. The Clinical Residential Supervisor will also demonstrate how to work with members on achieving their goals using effective, person-centered techniques.
