Envision Unlimited is a large non-profit agency with locations on the north and south sides of Chicago.  We provide day program, residential, case management, career, and therapeutic services to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness in our continued commitment to provide persons with disabilities or other special needs. Envision Unlimited is excited to bring aboard a Residential Manager to oversee and assist with the operations of our Mental Health Residential Services Division. 

Minimum qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.  At least five (5) years of experience working with adults with MI/IDD with at least three of those years being in a CILA setting.  This candidate should also have supervisory experience of three or more years. Viable candidates will have knowledge of Medicaid Rule 132, a recovery approach to clinical treatment, as well as the ability to effectively manage direct care staff and ensure Rule 132 compliance. 

General Functions: The Residential Manager is responsible for ensuring members receive assistance with integrating into a program that best suits their personal goals and needs. Supervisors will ensure that direct service professionals have the clinical knowledge and training needed for working with members at their residence and demonstrate how to work with members on achieving their goals using effective, person-centered techniques.
