Envision Unlimited is excited to bring aboard a Finance/Billing Manager to oversee the finances for our Williams and Colbert program. 
 

Responsibilities for Finance Manager

· Monitor and record the day-to-day financial operations within the program division (payroll, 

  accounts payable, grant reporting and other monthly close transactions)

· Prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory and management reporting

· Participate in annual budget and analysis, data analysis, research, and modeling for division 

  program leadership

· Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests

· Manage the program division financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

· Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
 

Qualifications for Finance Manager

· Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

· 4-6 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis; non-profit experience a plus

· Knowledge of financial reporting, analysis and general ledger software (Microsoft 

  Dynamics/Great Plains a strong plus)

· Hands-on manager position reporting to the division program VP and matrix reporting to the 

  CFO and finance team

· Ability to work and effectively communicate with all program staff and management

· Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills

· Strong demonstrated use of Excel and database skills and grants reporting
