GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Position requires a licensed, insured automobile and ability to travel to multiple locations is part of the job. Hiring preference given to applicants with case management experience. Viable candidates will have knowledge of Medicaid Rule 132, a recovery approach to clinical treatment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field. Masters preferred but not required. Preference given to candidates with Peer Mentor and/or case management experience. Three years of experience in working within the social service arena, including internships with two years working directly with clients with serious and persistent mental illness. Must be able to work with diverse populations with multi-faceted needs. Excellent written and oral communication skills needed together with demonstrated ability to engage clients.

**Sign-on Bonus Available**
If hired, qualified applicants may receive a sign-on bonus of $1250
($250 after first 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $500 after 12 months)
