Positions:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Behavioral Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBABA)

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Have the knowledge of database and spreadsheet programs. BCBA must have a minimum of 1-year experience with working with Adults with Intellectual Disabilities. BCBABA is required to have a minimum of 2-years experience working with Adults with intellectual Disabilities. Valid Driver License with the ability to drive to multiple sites.

Organization:

Envision Unlimited is a large non-profit social service agency that supports individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities across the Chicagoland area.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments.

  • Develop Individual Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).

  • Train agency staff members on how to implement BSP and data collection procedures, using evidence based on training procedures.

  • Facilitate on-going data collection and data analysis.

  • Complete on-going behavioral observation and functional interviews across environments and caregivers.

  • Responsible for timely of reports and clinical documentation.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules to include some nights and weekends as needed for training and observation.

  • Participate in Behavioral Management and Human Rights Committee Meetings.

  • Participate in annual person-centered planning meetings.
