Envision Unlimited is a large non-profit agency with locations on the north and south sides of Chicago. We provide day program, residential, case management, career, and therapeutic services to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness in our continued commitment to provide persons with disabilities or other special needs. We emphasize quality services which promote choice, independence and community integration. Through the collaborative efforts of an interdisciplinary team, our members receive person-centered services aimed at improving functionality and practical application of social, financial, and emotional skills. Envision Unlimited is excited to bring aboard an Assistant Director of Psychosocial Rehabilitation to oversee and assist with the expansion of our Mental Health Services Division.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or other related field with a minimum of two years’ experience in social services and one year managerial experience. LCPC, LCSW, or LPHA is required.


GENERAL FUNCTIONS: The Assistant Director of PSR (AD) is a member of the administrative team, responsible for insuring the implementation of the PSR program for clients with mental illness and incorporating both supervisory and managerial responsibilities with designated staff members. The Assistant Director is directly responsible to and under the immediate supervision of the Director of Mental Health Services.
