Envision Unlimited is excited to bring aboard a Respite Coordinator to oversee and assist with the expansion and operations of our Respite program in our Community Living Services Division. In particular, this position will oversee operations in the communities of Peoria, Springfield, Champaign, and Bloomington.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Three to five years of experience supporting persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities, along with one year of supervisory experience. Successful candidate must have sufficient computer and technological skills. Positions requires daily, reliable personal vehicle usage.

The Respite Coordinator will perform functions to administer and manage the in-home respite program, provide outreach and intake to families,  and recruit and train respite staff. Functions also include recruitment and onboarding, training and evaluation, payroll and budget maintenance, and staff development and support.  The successful candidate will travel within geographic territory in central Illinois to coordinate staff and services for the population we serve.
